Sunil Kant Munjal, Chairman, Hero Corporate Services says the ability to multitask can only be witnessed in India and nowhere else. According to Prof Ashish Nanda, Director, IIM Ahmedabad, India as a country is very good at offering professional services in tourism, education and healthcare. He further added that India should not favour many policies and should allow educational institutions in all different sectors to experiment. Francisco Marmolejo, Higher Education coordinator, The World Bank, says there are two elements that work for India, which is strengthening higher education, pairing it with accountability. Maintaining regulations and learning for others success and failure is also very important. According to Subhash Ghai, Filmmaker and Founder, Whistling Woods International Ltd, Indians are great learners and Indias best quality is to face crisis, another quality is that an Indian can work anywhere in the world. Indians master the art to unlearn, learn and relearn. Indian Education policy needs to be altered. Also emphasis should be given to the teachers development program.
