Neeraj Bansal, Partner Advisory Services & Head " India BCRE Sector, KPMG India, introduces the panel and states that real estate contributes around 6-7% to the economy. Ananta Raghuvanshi, Executive Director, DLF Limited talks about her outlook for 2016 for retail, commercial and residential sectors in real estate. According to her the commercial real estate has already bounced back with 17% growth. Prashant Solomon, President, Chintel Developers says main reason for private equity and investors coming from abroad is because India is a very promising and upcoming economy. He further explains why certain projects got delayed which were because of lack of infrastructure and delays in getting approvals or clearance. Shaji Varghese, General Manager & Business Head, PNB Housing Finance Limited talks about large economic indicators and customer sentiments in the real estate sector. Sorabh Dalal, Managing Director, Designplus Associates Services Pvt Ltd says there has been a definite rise in the interest for the commercial projects. Atul Banshal, President Finance & Accounts at M3M India says that from finance perspective, RBIS rate cut has given a solid brick to the entire real estate industry.
